Hi! I'm Amy Paw aka Mphasie. I started producing music to have some kind of output for my strong emotions (depression, self-unsatisfaction, self-hate). It has helped a lot passing these emotions to listenable form. They might seem all over the place, but that's because of how I think.
In my childhood, I used to just procrastinate, but somehow developed ADHD and OCD, which means that I jump from project to project, thing to thing and ultimately can't get much work done because I focus on a lot of things all the time. But back to music.
I have no musical background. My mom used to play the piano, but that was even before I was born. I started to learn just at the end of 2018 through YouTube tutorials, watching several music theory videos, sound designing and progression making. Though I still didn't know how to create correct chords and melodies (no idea how a key worked) I went by ear.
It's now been almost 5 years since I started to create, yet I don't really feel I'm moving at a pace that others move. Seeing my favorite producers go "oh yeah, I started producing like a year ago..." and they make awesome music that I listen to 'till day's end, it's just really discouraging for me. Like they can make good music in one year of learning, but I wasn't really able to do that in five. Anyways, that's my little self-rant.

I've had this account just to play Henry Stickmin games and then forgot about it. I'm bout to publish all my songs I made here, which is like 30 songs. It's not good, but it's the best I can do and I'm proud of that. Feel free to drop feedback, I really need it cuz I didn't get any in my 4 year journey.
